Totally You began in the year 1999 as a Mobile Spa offering luxury services at group events such as girls’ night, pamper parties, etc. In 2014, Medical and Sports massage was launched thereby expanding Totally you into one company with two divisions – “Totally You Mobile Spa” and Totally You Medical and Sports Massage.

Arnetta Meekins, BS, LMT, MTI, has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999 and a Massage Therapy Instructor since 2003. Accompanied by her degree in Biology, she uses her licenses to facilitate educational massage seminars for corporations and churches as well as private groups to increase the importance of self-care for health. Arnetta has been instrumental in the Houston massage industry on various levels. She is acclaimed for developing salons into full service spas, recruitment for three Massage Envy franchises, and being the lead Swedish educator at Houston Community College (the second largest community college in the nation). In addition, during her tenure at HCC, she developed curriculum for Swedish & Chair Massage courses, taught Business class and various Continuing Education courses.

She has received training in Medical Massage, Sports, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Infant Massage. She is particularly proud of her support of Health & Wellness and Charitable fund raising evidenced by Totally You’s involvement in the MS 150 for over 13 years and Wellness Fairs at University of Texas – Houston where Totally You has been a Corporate Discount Sponsor since 2000. In addition to operating Totally You – A Mobile Spa, Arnetta also offers consulting services for therapists from the Bellaire office where she has been since 2003.

Totally You is a two division company – Totally you Mobile Spa and Totally You Medical and Sports Massage. We help companies mitigate the risk of loss of productivity resulting from Repetitive Stress Injuries such as Carpal Tunnel, Trigger finger and low back pain. We collaborate with Safety Coordinators to ensure their Safety & Health wellness programs are OSHA compliant.
